Fitness activities have become an important lifestyle for modern city dwellers,whose purpose is to promote physical and mental health and entertainment.In the process of urban development,the government and some relevant enterprises have created favorable conditions for the mass fitness.In good conditions on the basis of the masses to actively participate in fitness can effectively improve the quality of the mass of the body,there is a need for sports researchers further found the problems existing in the mass sports,in view of the problem analysis,improve the effect of physical exercise.Based on this,this study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,research objects in baoding city residents of physical exercise behavior investigation and study,the main content of study including physical exercisers project selection,the purpose of the exercise,physical exercise regularity,exercise intensity,exercise time and frequency,etc.The results show that the main purpose of physical exercise is to promote health,friendship and cooperation,and to assist in the treatment of diseases.The selected fitness programs are mainly dance,running,ball,etc.The main reason to choose a fitness program is to be liked and influenced by others.The objects of the survey were parks and communities;The intensity of physical exercise is generally small;37.2% of men and 46.3% of women were in the gym for less than 30 minutes;70.3 percent of men and 77 percent of women were in the morning and evening;58.1% of men and 44.3% of women exercise more than three times per week;68.7 percent of men and 40.1 percent of women exercise in physical fitness.The study of fitness programs is mainly through modern media and friends;In the exercise,62.7 percent of men and 76.5 percent of women had a better feeling,with 36.1 percent of men and 44.8 percent of women exercising lack of regularity,compared with 9.2 percent of men and 15.3 percent of women.The annual sports consumption quota of the bodybuilders mainly focuses on 500-1000 yuan,and women's consumption amount is higher than that of men.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The main purpose of baoding city residents' physical exercise is to promote physical health,pleasurable physical and mental health,and assist in the treatment of diseases.Male residents are more prominent in sports interests and entertainment,and women are more prominent in making friends and communication through physical exercises.In terms of the diversity of project selection,men mainly focused on running and various ball activities,and the number of dances in women's events was the most.The majority of people involved in the sport chose "likes" and "certain specialties" as the most important reasons for choosing a project.The main areas of physical activity are the parks and communities,and the physical activity areas are relatively fixed.(2)The baoding city residents in physical exercise intensity,exercise time,movement frequency,the regularities of physical exercise,physical exercise methods to master,to participate in the movement also has certain problem,these problems influence the effect of physical exercise.(3)The annual sports consumption quota of urban residents is mainly between 500 and 1000 yuan,and the potential of sports consumption is greater,which needs further development.(4)The main factors influencing the physical exercise of male residents in baoding city are time constraints,economic pressures and personal sports interests.The main factors that influence female residents are time constraints,athletic skill level and economic pressure.Both male and female physical activity are affected by time and economy.
