| With the rapid development of our social economy,the continuous increase of people’s material level,early childhood obesity,myopia rate increased,the phenomenon such as physical quality level by growing,4 to 5 years old is the key to children’s growth and development period,it is also the important period for the development of physical quality,how to improve children’s physical quality level in today’s society has become the focus of attention.Since the introduction of physical intelligence curriculum in China,it has been gradually favored by people for its interesting,innovative,scientific and other characteristics,which plays a positive role in the improvement of children’s physical quality.It has become inevitable for kindergarten to popularize physical intelligence curriculum.And at this stage because the teachers strength is weak,the location equipment factors restricted the body intelligence course in the development of the kindergarten smoothly,the consult literature material,found that about the document of infant body intelligence course research is less,the existing research mainly focus on intelligent teaching model or open status,there is little for body intelligence course teaching for young children to study the impacts of physical quality.Therefore,this study analyzes the relationship between physical intelligence curriculum and children’s physical fitness level through the experimental research on the influence of physical intelligence curriculum on the physical fitness of 4-5 years old children,with the purpose of providing certain theoretical basis for the better promotion of physical intelligence curriculum in kindergartens and the improvement of children’s physical education teaching content.This study mainly adopts the method of literature,field investigation,comparative analysis,experimentation,mathematical statistics and other methods.The six physical qualities in the National Physical Fitness Test Standard(Children’s Part)were taken as the test indexes.According to the ratio 1:1 randomly selected from 60 rizhao harvard kindergarten children aged4 to 5,divided into control group and experimental group(30),the experimental intervention for8 weeks,the control group with the traditional PE teaching,the experimental group of intelligent teaching body,control group and experimental group respectively measured experimental data before test and after test indicators,using SPSS22.0 descriptive statistics was carried out on the experimental data,by comparing the experimental group and control group changes the physical test data to determine body intelligence to promote children’s physical development.The conclusion of the 8-week experimental intervention study is as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in the physical fitness of the control group before and after the experiment,but the scores of the physical fitness tests after the experiment were all improved compared with those before the experiment.(2)After the intervention of physical intelligence course,the P value of the test indexes of children in the experimental group was less than 0.05 in the 10-meter round-trip run,standing long jump,continuous foot jump and sitting body forward bending,which indicated that the intervention of physical intelligence course had a promoting effect on the improvement of children’s agility,lower limb strength,flexibility,balance and coordination.(3)After the body of the intelligent experiment after the intervention,the experimental group and control group in a reverse layup 10 meters,standing long jump,continuous feet jump in succession,crook proneness existed significant differences,in tennis throw far,balance beam and so on there is no significant difference,while the body smart child development to promote the quality of the upper body strength,balance the effect is not obvious,but the two physical quality improving test scores in small increments. |
