| In recent years,national policies have paid more and more attention to children’s health education,and the issue of children’s physical development has also attracted wider attention from all walks of life.The analysis of children’s physical quality characteristics is the scientific theoretical basis for formulating the content of children’s physical education.However,there is still relatively little correlation analysis between children’s physical quality characteristics and teaching differences in my country,and the scientific education content system is not perfect.Therefore,this paper takes the physical quality characteristics of children in three kindergartens in Jiaozuo City and the physical education situation of kindergartens as the research objects.First,through the sorting and analysis of relevant literature,to understand the relevant policies and research status of children’s sports;then,using the test method to monitor the physical fitness of children in three kindergartens,using questionnaires and field investigations to investigate the three kindergartens responsible for physical education teaching The teacher conducted a survey to understand the basic situation of children’s physical education in each kindergarten;on this basis,a mathematical statistical analysis was carried out on the test results to compare the physical qualities and teaching influencing factors of the three kindergartens.The research results show that:1.The results show that: 1 The physical quality(except flexibility quality)of children in three kindergartens in Jiaozuo has an obvious growth trend with age;2.Teachers’ physical quality and teaching methods will affect children’s teaching;3.Teachers have a high teaching age.The main teaching methods are game method and competition method.The main teaching contents are physical quality practice and instrument assisted practice,which helps to improve children’s physical quality.Suggestion: 1 Ensure that the level of children’s physical education teaching objectives is clear,the content is clear,targeted and operable;2.Pay attention to the re education of kindergarten teachers’ sports theoretical knowledge and practical ability;3.Combine with the actual situation of the kindergarten,create the characteristic sports of the kindergarten,and be able to choose the appropriate and continuous teaching content at all ages according to the characteristic sports.4.Preschool physical education teachers can use more game and competition methods in the teaching process,increase the proportion of physical fitness exercises and equipment assisted sports,regularly carry out physical education seminars,and organize senior teachers to share teaching experience. |
