From the perspective of ethics ofteachers’ education wisdom, not only is the pursuit of moral education activities, butalso the practitioner to the education of ethics requirements.Paper is on the basis of education ethics to the rational interpretation of middleschool teachers’ education wisdom. Analyzed the components of middle schoolteachers’ education wisdom of ethical horizon, using literature method, interviewmethod and empirical analysis, investigation on the current situation of middle schoolteachers’ education wisdom, analysis the problems and reasons, and then puts forwardthe corresponding countermeasures. Paper is divided into six parts:The first part:The introduction. Mainly includes the proposed problems, theresearch significance and research were reviewed, the ethics of ethics, education andeducation wisdom definition, put forward the used research methods.The second part: Education of ethics horizon, rational inquiry of improvingmiddle school teachers’ education wisdom. From two aspects of the education goaland the teachers’ analysis. In this part,mainly discusses the benefits of teachers’education wisdom of the long-term goals and short-term goals’realization, teachers’education wisdom is conducive to the development of teachers’ and students’.The third part: the constitute factors of teachers’ education wisdom in educationof ethical horizon.It will be analyzed from four aspects:teachers’ justice wisdom,humanity wisdom, wisdom and ideal situation. Among them, the teacher’s justicewisdom including the unity of "love" and "strict", equal love each student, and according to their aptitude;Teachers’ humanity wisdom including charity educationwith humanistic spirit as the core, pay attention to the disadvantageous environmentof students, and learn to listen; Teachers’ rational wisdom including honesty, toleranceand rational reason criticism and dialogue; Teacher’s situation include students resolvethe embarrassment of wisdom, the awkward and proper strain resolve itself.The fourth part: the present situation investigation and analysis of teachers’education wisdom of a high school. Conducted a study to middle school teacher’seducation wisdom.Mainly through interviewing the teachers face to face.Firstintroduces the basic situation of investigation, including the selection of the interviewoutline design and the interview objects; Followed by the analysis of the interviewresults, high school teachers in teachers’ professional development, justice, wisdom,humanity wisdom, rational wisdom and situations had the very big enhancement.Butthere are still some problems, such as teachers’ attention on them is not enough, thedifferences of students didn’t get enough attention, the teacher ignore the potential andfeelings of students etc.The fifth part: in the education of ethical horizon, the analysis of thecauses,which influence teachers’ education wisdom.Combined with the result of theinterview, from two aspects of the school and the teacher individual to analyze thelack of teachers’ education wisdom.the mainly causes of the teachers’ educationwisdom storage is: school education pays too much attention to target the utilitarian,school evaluation system of despotism, teachers training takes an exam thephenomenon still exists, for their own occupational burnout, teachers’ work, the lackof creativity, the relationship between teachers and students indifference tropism, theteaching activities.The sixth part: the education of ethical horizon, teachers’ education wisdomgeneration strategy. It mainly from four aspects to discuss the the strategy:theguarantee of the school, education laws and regulations of security, the campuscultural environment and the teachers themselves. |
