Continuingly integrated Internet and developing information technology in the traditional education system has further promoted the innovation of educational concepts and learning methods.The traditional education is being reconstructed and the educational form that transcends the information age is gradually taking shape.Wisdom education is regarded as a new stage,new vision and new form of education informatization in the information age.Its core is to apply the new generation of intelligent information processing technology to realize the intelligent,personalized,networked and cultivated adaptation of education and teaching process.Innovative talents in the information age.Wisdom education,aiming at the support of a new generation of information technology,is to build a smart environment with learners as the center,to promote the knowledge construction and wisdom development of learners,to cultivate the concept of innovative talents in the 21 st century,for teacher network training and teacher professional development.Brought new thinking and perspectives.Under the guidance of the concept of wisdom education,this study constructs a smart training model for primary and secondary school teachers,promotes teachers' knowledge construction and wisdom development,and trains teachers with the ability to carry out intelligent teaching.The main work was done during the study period:First of all,we should clarify the basic concepts of wisdom education and network training,and carefully read and organize the relevant research results of the existing wisdom education and network training models,and constructivist learning theory,group dynamics theory and activities.The theory is analyzed.Secondly,using the survey method and the interview method,using the questionnaire star and other tools to make a web questionnaire,the current situation of the network training of primary and middle school teachers is investigated,and the survey results are interpreted in detail.Then,the wisdom training process is analyzed.Characteristics and wisdom training environment;on this basis,the principles of pattern elements and model construction are explained,and the network training model under the concept of wisdom education is designed.Finally,the case of intelligent training activities is designed and the results are analyzed.The practice research proves that the network training model under the concept of wisdom education is a teacher learning model that relies on the wisdom education cloud platform to promote teacher knowledge construction and wisdom generation.The specific model process design includes discovery-learning theme and conception.-Program design,decision-making-implementation activities,evaluation-reflection modification,induction-training results.This model provides a new opportunity for primary and secondary school teachers to conduct more effective teaching and training,promote knowledge construction and wisdom generation,and is an effective way to cultivate the innovative and intelligent teachers of primary and secondary schools.
