The development of information society provides intelligent equipment and products for people's life,and also promotes the development of personalized products with intelligent analysis and precise push in the field of education.Wisdom education as the highest stage of development of informatization of education now.For the education development,teachers and students learning has brought new opportunities and challenges,and as an important guide-teacher education development,the information need to improve their acumen,improving information literacy,information under the environment of informatization teaching ability,be able to adapt to era development and teaching requirements of a new generation of intelligent teachers.In this study,the literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method are used to carry out the research on strategies to improve the information literacy of primary school teachers in the context of wisdom education,aiming to solve the following three problems: First,what development stage should the development of information literacy of teachers go through under the background of wisdom education? Second,the current status of the development of teachers' information literacy and what are the deficiencies? Third,how to provide feasible strategies for the development of teachers' information literacy by closely combining with the practical needs of the development of intelligent education?Based on the above questions,this paper first sorts out the connotation,principles and necessary stages of the development of primary school teachers' information literacy,which are divided into the application stage,the learning stage,the integration stage and the innovative development stage.Based on the analysis of the information literacy of primary school teachers,this paper makes clear Internal connections and differences between the information teaching ability,information technology ability and educational technology ability of teachers and their information literacy.Secondly,through investigation and interview,the following problems are found in the development of primary school teachers' information literacy: First,teachers' information technology and subject teaching integration ability is insufficient,there is a disconnection between professional learning and teaching.Second,the school lacks complete hardware and software facilities and network learning exchange platform,which leads to the lack of school information learning atmosphere.Third,the wisdom education propaganda measures are not deep and specific,the form of training is lack of vitality and innovation,and the network service platform construction is not perfect.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and current situation investigation.This study puts forward feasible strategies to promote the improvement of primary school teachers' information literacy: First,to promote the system construction of teachers' information literacy by constructing an integrated training system,conducting training integrating new technologies,and strengthening the construction of training resource service platform.Second,through the construction of intelligent learning space,the establishment of teacher research and study community,the creation of leading intelligent ecosystem to provide teachers with information literacy development guarantee system.Thirdly,by strengthening teachers' information awareness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics,teachers can consciously become lifelong learners,teaching leaders,technology masters and moral sticklers in the information society.
