The development of education has been restricted by the disorder of campus ethic and the missing of teacher wisdom. Philosophy of education has been changed in the new curriculum reform, and teachers have been required more "ethics" than "knowledge and skills". As a result, people begin to pay more attention to teachers’ ethical wisdom.The construct of teachers’ethical wisdom is very meaningful. First, teachers’ ethics is an important part of social ethics, and it is not only be restricted by social ethics, but also have significant impact on social ethics. The ethics of teacher give an direct influence on the construction of social ethics. Second, professional ethics is not only the essential part of professional but also the mark of its maturity. In the background of teachers’ specialization, teachers should equip itself by professional ethics as well as knowledge and skills. Third, the process of modern teaching is not only to teach knowledge and skills, but also to give ethical wisdom to student. As a result, teachers’ethical wisdom gives an important impact to the construct of students’ethics.Ethical wisdom of teachers is be integrated by teachers’ethic and teachers’wisdom. Generally speaking, it includes rational wisdom, emotional wisdom and practical wisdom. What’s more, teachers’ ethics is moral, generate dynamically, and individual.The construct of teachers’ ethics has been restricted by factor, such as the traditional education system and teacher assessment, teacher’s habits and the structure of knowledge. This paper has proposed some strategies to solve the problem. First, construct teacher’ education belief; Second, carry out developmental teacher evaluation; Third, encourage teacher reflection; Fourth, encourage teacher learning.
