The title proportion of Volleyball teachers is more reasonable, specialteacher is not very strong. Few teachers participate in training of volleyball, so the training ofvolleyball teachers should be strengthen.2、The volleyball teaching students Shijiazhuang middle school: Through the study ofvolleyball, the students can not only make volleyball exercise using volleyball extracurricularknowledge, but also promote their learning, expand their own social facing more rapport withhis classmates. Students’ attitude towards the volleyball class is very serious, and they arevery willing to take part in the volleyball match, but there is not more schools which arewilling to organize volleyball match.3、The volleyball teaching process in Shijiazhuang middle school: The teaching philosophyis too old, the teaching content is reasonable, but the teaching hours are fewer, and theteaching method is very single, there are54%of students do not agree to the currentexamination system.4、The other aspects of volleyball teaching in Shijiazhuang middle school: the schoolleaders are taking not enough importance to the teaching of volleyball, and lacking of spaceequipment. Volleyball itself is more technical and has its own binding, which leading thestudents learning volleyball difficult, they are not willing to participate in volleyballextracurricular activities.
