Research On The Development Of Vocational Ability Of Germany

With the development of modern vocational education, education thoughts and education theories were the forerunner of education action. Meanwhile, we can’t develop the vocational education without the guidance of the theories and thoughts of vocational education.The vocational education in German was called secret weapon which help German to take off after World War Two. It is not only because of its dual system, but also the unique understanding of the professional ability and its development. The development and practice of vocational education plays an important role to the development of western education. The paper is based on the analysis of the German vocational ability development. The purpose is to provide some suggestions to vocational education reform in China. Based on this purpose, this paper from the thought origin, contents, implementation patterns and so on to analyses the reality needs.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. It includes f research reasons, research, literature review, research methods. The second part analyzes the thoughts’origin of vocational ability development from three aspects; The third part from its basic connotation, theoretical basis, etc are expounded the basic content; The fourth part introduces the teaching model of vocational ability development and implementation patterns:the German "dual system" mode. Last part is the summary of German vocational ability development.
