Germany dual-system vocational education is rated as the world first-class, and plays a enormous role for the economic liftoff of Germany. Compared with school-based vocational education, dual-system vocational education pays more attention to the cultivation of practice skill, and cultivates the forefront skilled workers as the goal. So it is welcomed by enterprises and students. By dual-system vocational education, students study in the specific working environment, having more chances to communicate with enterprise and skilled -workers, reducing risk of unemployment after training.At present, our country's vocational education has many problems, which are inflexible mechanism, old educational ideas, outmoded management system, and insufficient high-quality skilled-workers. The majors offering, training mode and teaching methods etc. are separated from the economic development demand of the market, making it difficult for the graduates of vocational schools to obtain employment. This is mainly because the school-based vocational education makes the students far away from the forefront of the production, and concentrated fieldwork is it unfavorable to student to combine theory with practice jobs.This text illustrates Germany dual-system vocational education from the reason of enterprises participates in vocational education, the task, qualification, regulations, procedure, funds and management mode of training, and points out its existing problems and challenges, in order to use the valuable experience to develop our vocational education and send large quantities of qualified workers for the modernization.
