In this paper, the domestic private colleges teachers performance appraisal system forresearch, the increasing importance of private colleges for teacher performance appraisalwork and developed a corresponding evaluation index system, but in general the lack ofscientific methodology as a guide, performance indicators are inadequate, the evaluationsystem is not perfect, so the assessment of the work carried out there are still drawbacks.Therefore, to explore effective university teacher performance appraisal system is a humanresource management of private colleges important research topic currently. In this paper,case analysis method to study Chinese language faculty Jilin performance evaluation, andfurther build Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Language Institute teacher performance appraisal system.Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Language Institute to establish teacher performance appraisal systemand mechanisms of Jilin College of Chinese Language teacher appraisal and far-reaching asit relates to teacher hiring, promotion and other aspects, the teacher put a direct impact on thedaily work of teaching and scientific research, etc. and values, to a large extent on theteacher’s career growth, work and development strategies oriented colleges and universitieshave an important impact.The main contents of this paper consists of six parts, the first part of the studyconducted by the background of the subject, purpose and meaning, and discuss perspectives,focusing on the research, research methods, innovation research; The second part is forprivate the concept of performance appraisal and university teachers theory analysis andresearch; The third part is the status of teachers for performance evaluation of Jilin HuaqiaoForeign Languages Institute for analysis; fourth part is the investigation and analysis usinganalytical methods, establish overseas Jilin College of Foreign Languages teacherperformance appraisal system; fifth part is the implementation of Jilin Huaqiao ForeignLanguage Institute teacher performance assessment work, make relevant safeguards; part VIis the conclusion and outlook. In this paper, there are several problems to be solved for theForeign Language Institute of Jilin Huaqiao performance appraisal system to identify andanalyze the reasons for the establishment of the Chinese Institute of Foreign Languages, JlinTeacher appraisal Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Language Institute teacher performance appraisalsystem and mechanisms, in order to achieve the gradual improve the overall quality of teachers, promote optimal allocation of university resources.
