| The demand of society and enterprises for skilled talents with high quality is increasing day by day.Vocational education,as the main source of skilled talents,is facing profound reform and entering the stage of modern vocational education.The core of vocational education transformation is the construction of teachers.The scientific and reasonable teacher performance evaluation system can improve the enthusiasm of teachers and guide them to improve their personal ability by adjusting their professional behaviors,so as to promote the construction of teachers and realize the unity of personal development goals and vocational school development goals.Due to the characteristics of running schools,private vocational colleges need to implement the teacher performance evaluation system which is not completely equivalent to public vocational colleges.At the same time,the existing teacher performance evaluation index lags behind and does not adapt to modern vocational education,the evaluation mechanism does not fully reflect the characteristics of private colleges,and the evaluation results are not effectively used,which to some extent restricts the development of private vocational colleges.Therefore,it is very important to construct a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of private college teachers in line with modern vocational education background.This article in combing with private higher vocational college teachers’ performance,on the basis of related research,such as stakeholder theory,fair theory as the theoretical foundation,in view of the current people problems existing in the performance evaluation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,based on the perspective of school development to construct the modern vocational education under the background of higher vocational colleges run by the local teachers’ performance evaluation system.In the selection of indicators of this system,literature analysis,field research and policy interpretation are used to screen out the preliminary evaluation indicators,and expert interviews are used to revise and improve them,and the evaluation indicators are determined.On this basis,the weight of each index was determined by questionnaire survey combined with analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis method.Taking the performance evaluation of some teachers in A private vocational college as A case,the empirical analysis verifies the rationality and operability of the performance evaluation system.This paper draws the following conclusions: Based on the perspective of school development,the teacher performance evaluation system constructed in this paper combines the characteristics of modern vocational education and private higher vocational colleges,and can promote the development of private higher vocational colleges more than the existing performance evaluation system.The quantitative evaluation criteria are formulated for each evaluation index of the performance evaluation system,and the quantifiable index setting is more accurate than the evaluation results of the existing performance evaluation system.Factor analysis was used to determine the weight of each indicator in the performance evaluation system.The weight scale showed that among the six abilities teachers should possess,teaching ability,professional practice ability and external communication ability had the most influence on the results of teacher performance evaluation. |
