At present,there are a series of complex practical problems in the salary system of colleges and universities,such as insufficient understanding of performance appraisal,insufficient incentive function in performance salary of colleges and universities,and imperfect appraisal system.In the distribution management,the main emphasis is on spiritual incentives,but in recent years,more emphasis is placed on material incentives represented by money.Generally speaking,because of the influence of the planned economic system,the reform of the internal distribution system encounters various difficulties and obstacles.The reform is not thorough,and the implementation of the new system is often inadequate or even formalized.Performance management and performance pay are of great significance to human resources management in private colleges and universities.To a certain extent,performance management with performance pay as the core is conducive to improving employee performance through continuous improvement,so as to achieve the purpose of improving organizational performance.Performance wage management is an important part of performance management.The scientificity and rationality of performance wage largely determine whether various human resources management functions can achieve the desired results,thus becoming a "vane" to guide the human resources management functions of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the implementation effect of teachers' performance pay in private colleges and universities in China,grasps the thorny problems encountered in the implementation of the current performance pay system of teachers in private colleges and universities,and puts forward to build a sound and reasonable performance pay management method for private colleges and universities.This paper puts forward policy enlightenment for further optimizing the existing private university teachers' performance wage system from five aspects: the construction of policy and law,financial support,teachers' cognitive attitude,wage system and assessment system.This study hopes to thoroughly change the current situation of the deficiencies in policy understanding,incentive function,implementation of performance pay system and imperfect evaluation system in the performance pay management of HBGY College through the study of performance pay management in private colleges and universities,improve the level of human resources management,guide education resources to the front line of teaching,and encourage teachers to devote themselves wholeheartedly to teaching.Scientific research and teaching work,and then promote the overall improvement of the level of education and teaching.
