Biological experiments are an important part of biology and the main content of inquiry learning. They are both the process and the method which help to develop the capabilities of students, improving students’academic literacy. Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standards promulgated in2011also highlighted the importance of biological experiments in biology teaching in junior secondary. Biological experiments are of importance and of profound significance for Junior students to understand and study Biology.The first chapter describes the background, the theoretical basis of the relevant topics, and defines "biological experiment teaching,""teaching strategies","teaching evaluation" and other important concepts. It also refers to relevant research home and abroad focusing on the significance and methods of research. The second chapter has a comparison between the experimental Textbook issued in2001and the textbook revised in2012, using a table. Through comparative analysis we get the results: the goal becomes more clear, textbook content and structure system with the law of physical and mental development of students, closer to student life and learning characteristics. Then, the experiments are classified, paving the way for class-based follow-up study of the experimental class.The third chapter surveys on how the school conducts biological experiments Strategies to do with the teachers are (1) Renew teaching ideas and theories.(2)Chang teaching methods.(3) Learn to reflect.(4)Improve teaching skills and better psychological capacity and strategies. Strategies to do with class-teaching are:(1)Conduct biological experiments based on reality.(2)Apply cooperative inquiry and develop inquiry ability.(3)Apply theory to practice and try to build a model.(4)Combine presentation with explanation and inspire students to think.(5)Use multimedia to enhance teaching efficiency. Think more and reflect more, improving experiments material and methods. Strategies to do with the students:(1)Develop learning strategies.(2)Develop psychological strategies. Strategies to do with experimental condition: study and summarize some useful and practical strategies on the teaching of biological experiments. Using the case study method, apply strategies to teaching practice. Summarize some useful and practical strategies on the teaching of biological results show that the application of biological experiment teaching strategies can make students more interested in biology and help students improve comprehensive ability. This article is aimed to provide some reform ideas and practical and targeted teaching strategies as well as to provide reference for biological experiment teaching in middle school.
