Teaching strategies are bridges between teaching rationale and actions. Facing the challenge of Senior-High School Entrance Examination and carrying out the strategies of the biology new school curricula to promote the students integrated development; In this paper should research the teaching strategies of the revision lesson and innovate it so that it can contain the new school curricula and improve the performance biology curriculum of Senior-High School Entrance Examination.Pass through the research and investigate, we find the traditional teaching strategies are subject to teaching and the students lack learning initiative and creativity. Through the reformation of biology curriculum, teachers tend to the students' learning. However, under stress of Senior-High School Entrance Examination, teachers still pay attention to design the excelsior teaching strategies instead of studying strategies in the revision lessons. If we want to develop learning efficiency of the revision lesson, we should put the independent and the Inquires into the study method into practice. Teachers should take the chance to change the teaching strategies to transform the students' learning attitudes and styles. It can give the students full play to the subject and put their heart into the study. Meanwhile, the teachers only play the organizers, promoters and helper. The teaching strategies of the revision lesson are based on Humanism and Constructivism. In order to change the students' learning attitudes and styles, we design situational and interactive approach, and we use them in practice.The practice confirms that the teaching strategies which we design can break the traditional strategies. They arouse the enthusiasm and the learning efficiency of the students. They also help to implement requires of the new school curricula in which the Technology and Ability, Process and Method, Emotional attitude and Value are in accordance with each other. They in favor of cultivate students' Biological scientific literacy and the social comprehensive quality.
