Research purposes: With the increasing level of tennis business culture and the rapid development of tennis competitions in China, tennis is increasingly popular. In recent years, the number of domestic tennis tournaments has increased year by year.Through the analysis of the climate characteristics of tennis venues,it can be found that most of the competitions are conducted under high temperature and high humidity. Therefore, this study is aimed at the special environment of tennis sports, the experimental study of tennis competition in high temperature and high humidity environment, aiming to understand the impact of tennis on the human body under high temperature and high humidity environment;training and competition for athletes in high temperature and high humidity environment Provide scientific theoretical guidance;provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for athletes and coaches to compete in hot and humid environment,so as to improve athletes’ ability to exercise in hot and humid environment.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts the experimental method. The 12 students of the tennis special class(tennis player level 2)of Guangzhou Sports Institute are selected as experimental subjects. They are randomly divided into 6groups.The tennis singles competition is carried out in hot and humid environment. The instrument monitors the temperature and humidity. The subject wears a polar meter throughout the game to monitor the real-time heart rate during exercise.Blood is collected before and after the athletes’ competition, and blood and testosterone, blood urea and other physiological and biochemical indicators are measured. Both use SPSS16.0 for statistics.Research result:1.The resting heart rate of college tennis players in the hot and humid environment is 64.25±8.61 beats/min.The heart rate before the game is 78.10±3.68beats/min.The heart rate change of the athletes in the competition changes up and down on the basis of 150 beats/min.The post-average heart rate reached157.75±10.57 beats/min.2.After the tennis competition in hot and humid environment, all indexes showed significant changes, among which creatine kinase, blood urea and cortisol showed a significant increase trend, which increased by 93.38±75.33U/L and1.80±0.19 respectively before exercise.M / L,250.77 ± 71.10 nmol / L;and bloodtestosterone concentration showed a downward trend after the game, decreased by4.24 ± 0.71 nmol / L.3.The next morning after the tennis match in the hot and humid environment, the biochemical indicators decreased to varying degrees. For example, creatine kinase decreased by 32.75±24.01 U/L after exercise, and blood urea decreased by 1.10±0.30mmol/L.Cortisol decreased by 295.50±76.23nmol/L;however,blood testosterone increased by 2.09±1.13nmol/L;the indexes basically recovered to the level before exercise.Analysis conclusion:1.The blood creatine kinase content increased significantly and the blood lactate increased significantly, indicating that the college tennis competition is more intense. The increase in blood urea after the game, the increase in the concentration of cortisol after the game and the decrease in blood testosterone concentration indicate that there is a certain load in the tennis competition of college students in the hot and humid environment, and the load is large.2.In the early morning after exercise in the hot and humid environment, the indicators were restored after the end of the game, but still did not fully return to the pre-exercise level, indicating that the 90-minute tennis match in the hot and humid environment is heavy, and the athletes recover time.Longer.
