Preparation is the bridge of daily activities into the practical training and the match.It refers to the game, training and PE before the basic parts, to overcome the internalorgans physiological inertia, in order to shorten the state of work schedules andprevention of sports injury of physical exercises. To be prepared for the upcomingviolent sports or matches. At present, the Chinese female volleyball athletes into thestate very slowly in the match, is an important factor to affect the performance of them.At the same time, domestic researchers in sports training pay more attention to the mainbody of the training. The study of preparation activities are in a vulnerable situation.In order to enrich the theory basis of competitive volleyball pre-match preparationactivities. For the majority coaches and athletes of arrange the pre-match preparationactivities problem to provide the reference. This study selected the14team athletes’pre-match preparation activities of who join the361°national female volleyballchampionship in2013as the research object. Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey, observation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and so on.Related issues about the pre-match preparation of excellent female volleyball athletes inChina are discussed. The main research conclusion is as follows:1. The coaches and athletes have realized the important of the pre-matchpreparation activities. Understanding the role of preparation activities is different.According to its important degree, the coach thinks is transfer of athletes, to warm upand prevent damage, psychological adjustment, familiar with technical movement; theathletes thinks is to warm up and prevent damage, transfer of athletes, familiar withtechnical movement, psychological adjustment. The coach said willing to accompanythe athletes finish pre-match preparation activities. Athletes also hope coaches arepresent at this time. 2. Athletes think according to different types, different levels of the match, racepreparation activities the main difference from the subjective importance, the content ofthe exercises no difference. Athletes in the pre-match preparation activities think thestretch and special exercises is very important.3. The coaches and athletes think of the spring and autumn the best activities timeis30to45minutes, summer is30minutes following, winter is45minutes to an hour.Atpresent, every team the total time of the pre-match preparation activities is about45minutes. Time for general preparation activities is about15minutes. Time for specialpreparation activities is about30minutes.4. Coaches to the pre-match preparation activity the understanding of the trainingconcept is not a whole. When designing pre-match preparation activities, follow theprinciple of systematization, clarity, treated differently, close observation andappropriate feedback. Most coaches are strict in pre-match preparation activities. Thecoach mainly through time and the heart rate to grasp the state of the athletes.5. The excellent female volleyball athlete pre-match preparations activities includethe general preparation and special preparation activities. The general preparationincludes stretch, jogging, free-standing exercises, moving practice and so on. Thespecial preparation activities include basic exercises, defensive practice, spike, serveand block.6. The organization form of preparation activities, Jogging can be divide intoclockwise and counterclockwise. Stretch and free-standing exercises fall into three types:round, two columns and three columns line. Moving practice and basic exercises isdivided into two kinds of vertical and parallel to the volleyball net. Defensive practicebased on the number of coaches and athletes to participate in practice. Setter ballexercises divided into with floating ball or pad at the same time.7. General preparation activities of practice there are four sequences. Most of thesports teams using stretch--free-standing exercises--jogging--moving practice.Preparations for the whole activity practice method specification. But because someathletes in practice action don’t reach the designated position, reduces the training effect.Some teams using the pillar strength training, basic movement patterns, active nervous system, to reform and innovation the practice methods.8. The coaches and athletes have certain understanding the important of the athletepsychological adjustment. But there is no team equipped with psychological division.The coaches will through inspire them with words, variable practice content, intensityand time to adjustment the athlete psychological. When the athletes have somepsychological problems, them first choose self adjusting. By focusing on the match,take a deep breath, self-talk, recall and simulate the previous match to adjust. But thepre-match psychological adjustment lack of the knowledge and method, lack ofsystematic and comprehensive.
