Several years ago,some coaches began to use the core strength training mode in a number of sports,including athletics,gymnastics,basketball,martial arts,and tennis,and so on,the performance is more obvious.Up to now,our country volleyball coaches will be less formally included in the core strength training athletes daily training,lower proportion in college volleyball training at the same time,there is no researchers around the core strength training with the endurance level management of college female volleyball athletes are discussed.Therefore,in this paper,as the object of study,carried out experimental exploration for the core in the women's volleyball training force in practice,especially in the endurance level of training of female volleyball athletes in Colleges and universities carried out a bold attempt,for the relevant theory and practice research and lay a good foundation,so as to promote the diversified development of college volleyball training.This paper mainly uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,to study the relationship between experiments and mathematical statistics of core strength training and college female volleyball athletes endurance ability.Now understand the status quo of college female athletes exhaust core strength training through interviews and questionnaires,there are now college volleyball coaches and female volleyball the athletes on the core strength training and cognitive training methods and other aspects.In the experiment,the experimental group and the control group in other training contents and training sites are under the same conditions,The control group using traditional strength training,the experimental group used core strength training.Before the experiment,after the two groups respectively.The mobilization of touch and time were measured,and then the indexes of the two groups of athletes were analyzed to reveal the influence of core strength training on endurance ability of college female volleyball athletes.After statistical analysis we can see that the core strength training can effectively improve the high school female volleyball athletes' endurance ability.Research conclusions:1.after 14 weeks of training,the experimental group of athletes in the jumping height and time significantly,indicating that addition of core strength training in college volleyball training,can effectively improve the college volleyball athletes of endurance ability.2.athletes in control group after 14 weeks of training time and bounce height increase,but there is no significant difference,indicating that no ordinary core strength training strength to enhance the training on Athletes' endurance ability,enhance the role is limited.3.the core strength training of university volleyball athletes jumping height and time of ascension are better than the ordinary training,core strength training has a positive effect on the endurance ability of college female volleyball players.
