In the procession of long chain fatty acid transport and oxidation fatty translocase/cluster of differentiation36, as the main fatty acid binding protein, transport long-chain fatty acids into skeletal muscle cells and mitochondria for further oxidation. Exercise, especially aerobic exercise can increase lipid metabolism in the skeletal, promote aerobic oxidation, improve lipid metabolic abnormalities, reduce insulin resistance.This experiment focus on the effect of different intensity of treadmill training on FAT/CD36and other fat metabolism related molecules, such as CPT-1、Sirt1.Method:specific pathogen free3mouth male SAMP6mice, SAM strain senescence accelerated mouse40. Mice were randomly divided into2groups depend on the traing time, group Ⅰ4weeks and group Ⅱ8weeks, each dived into4group. Control group, high intensity,middle intersity and low intersity. weight before training,after training, test mRNA expression of FAT/CD36,CPT-1,PPAR y, AMPK2a, PGC-1a and Sirtl, test protein expression of FAT.CD36, CPT-A and PPAR y. Aim to discuss the effect of different intensity treadmill training on intramuscular FAT/CD36and lipid metabolism of SAMP6mouseResults:in addition to group H, weight of other group gain with the training time FAT/CD36mRNA expression of II group L has extremely significant increase contrast group P. Ⅱ group L FAT/CD36mRNA expression has significant increase contrast Ⅰ group L.There were significant differences between H and L group and P group Group I in FAT/CD36protein expression. Group I and II each group had no significant difference between the same group of CPT-1mRNA expression and protein expression. Ⅱ group L PPAR y mRNA expression has significant increase contrast I group L. the protein expression of I group L has decrease contrast group P. AMPK2a mRNA expression of Ⅱ group P, H,M,and L have significant increase contrast I group. PGC-1a mRNA expression of Ⅱ group M significant increase contrast I group M. Ⅱ group LSirtl mRNA expression has significant increase contrast I group L. Sirtl mRNA expression of Ⅱ group P, H,M,and L have increase contrast I group.Conclusion:1、8-week low intensity treadmill training increased FAT/CD36mRNA expression.2、exercise effect on the expression of FAT/CD36may be associated with AMPK2a and Sirt1.3、8-week low intensity treadmill training improved fat Metabolism.
