Responsibility refers to the emotional experience and make the appropriate behavior in the social life of individuals."3-6Years Old Children Learning and Development Guidelines " clearly states:children should have the basic living skills, be able to wear their own clothes off, shoes and socks, to organize their own items. Do their own thing, do not rely on others. Meanwhile, studies have pointed out, shift is the key to fostering a sense of responsibility in children. So during this period, the teacher uses teaching foster children develop a sense of responsibility is particularly important.In kindergarten, the culture of teaching responsibility is no fixed content, most of the time is that young children have an adverse situation, lecturing teachers for this specific issue. Children tend to bias cognition and behavior, whether there are other ways to be cultured? Taiwan made some appropriate exploration, the study found, the responsibility for teaching picture books into the curriculum can lead to children’s interest, evoke the experience, the culture of responsibility without preaching ways to promote the implementation of the performance of responsibilities in life. Bandura ’s social learning theory of personality stressed the importance of learning in causing the observed behavior. Observational learning by observing the behavior and demonstrate the process of learned behavior. Picture books has an important educational value, its vivid images and language in line with the characteristics of children’s psychological development, role models of behavior can easily be imitated by children, it will lay the foundation for the training of good sense of responsibility.In this study,picture books were used to develop intermediate children. In this study, two public kindergarten in Tianjin as the experimental group, and a control group. One week prior to the intervention, Pretest was carried out for both the experimental group and contral group. The experimental group was trained for a period of eight weeks, twice a week, every30minutes of reading picture books. After the intervention, Posttest was conducted for both experiment group and control group. The study found that after reading picture books, The responsibility of children in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.This means picture books can effectively promote the responsible development of young children.
