The Problems And Strategy Research In The Running Of The Kindergarten Director Responsibility In Hohhotarea

The kindergarten director accountability is the core of the kindergarten internal management system, and the perquisite of the normal operation for the kindergarten; it is also a new management structure which combines the guide of kindergarten directors, the supervision of the party and the democratic management of the kindergarten teachers under the instruction of the upper agency. However, a lot of problems have emerged during the carry-out of the new system, which has a bad effect on the management and teaching quality of the kindergarten, leading to the deviation from our original aims.So to solve these problems effectively and timely is related to the new system's regular functions, and is good for the enrichment and development of China's early childhood education and management science, and is also meaningful to the promotion of the kindergarten's management system, to the reform and development of China's early childhood education it is of equal importance.While the principle responsibility system is a new research field in the local childhood education, which is aimed at seeking out relevant strategies, putting forward the right suggestions to the improvement of the new management system, striving to provide a basis for the educational administrative departments in charge of guidance and decision-making by understanding, analyzing and classifying the implementation of the system in these official kindergartens. In this way, we hope that the development of the kindergarten can be scientifically guided and the early childhood education in Hohhot can be promoted.The research mainly uses three ways: documents, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the survey, the implementation of the new system reflects: the system is helpful for the kindergarten heads to deal with the administrative work, and it avoids the disadvantages of the directors' work-division system under the leadership of the party branches in the past. Meanwhile, the misunderstanding to the new system can lead to alienation of the inside management for the directors, in some kindergartens, director-responsible is considered as paternalistic ; moreover, the uncompleted democratic management mechanisms , inadequate management and other issues are more prominent.This study recommends that: under the guide of the director responsibility system, in the kindergartens, we should set up principle evaluation system to select and appoint a good director, and the upper department should further improve the unity of the powers, responsibilities and interests, what's more, a monitoring system is also necessary to standardize the director management system in official kindergartens in Hohhot.
