’Music’s power is one million stronger than words.’said by Rousseau. Now more and more people pay attentions to the music enlightenment of children. The research is on the basis of existed research and relevant theories, regarding preschool teachers of Shanghai as major research subjects, making teacher’s cognition of children’s music appreciation activities as a breakthrough point. The research will reflect conditions of Shanghai preschool teachers’cognition of children’s music appreciation activities, from which I would analyze the Related Factors Influencing Teacher Cognition, and hoping to offer references and suggestions for preschool teacher in music appreciation activities.This research picks206preschool teachers from6shanghai state-owned kindergartens as research object.The research uses several education science research methods to collect data such as literature interview and questionnaire.The research also use descriptive statistics,chi-square and so on.The results show that:1Teacher’s recognitions to the children’s music appreciation activities are not thorough yet.2Kindergarten teachers haven’t pay much attention to the music appreciation activities.3Kindergarten teachers are confused with how to launch the music appreciation activities, because of their conflicts between behaviors and recognitions.4Kindergarten teacher’s music appreciation activities and current situation of implementations are negatively restricted by the musical skills of themselves, but not strongly influenced by the scale of the kindergartens or the school age of the teachers.
