Regional joint teaching and research is the foundation of School-based Research, takingimplement the New course standard as the goal, it’s a kind of teaching research activity, whichtakes interschool cooperation, region linkage, Complementary advantages as a action strategy.Putting regional joint teaching and research into effect in rural areas could solve some problemssuch as small scale schools, having less qualified teachers, lacking teaching and researchingactivities and so on. It’s an effective way that could promote the balanced development ofteachers, the quality of education and teaching activities and the balanced development ofcompulsory education in rural areas. Regional joint teaching and research has been widespreadin vast rural areas in China, they have made some achievements through it. However,comparatively speaking, there are many problems in the process of regional Joint teaching andresearch, which can not be ignored.With the arrival of the information age, computer network technology has beenrapidly permeated almost every field of our society. It has become a necessary part in our life,which makes people’s study and life have a great change. Network educational teaching is a newteaching mode which is put forward from the view of educational informationization. It has thecharacteristics of multi-agent, across time and space, low cost, high efficiency that can bebeneficial to the teaching resources sharing and exchange. It is beneficial to improve the level ofteachers in scientific research so as to promote the region teacher professional development.Therefore, combine the network educational teaching and regional joint teaching and research, tomake a blended regional joint teaching and research. It chooses the teaching and research activityway according to the different teaching thematic contents. This kind of teaching and researchactivity can effectively solve some problems in traditional Regional joint teaching and research.Basing on the teaching thematic contents to select the teaching and research activities ismore targeted and effective.This research is based on “Integrating Information Technology into Curriculum” project, itbuild the blended regional joint teaching and research about rural primary school, which usingthe theory and the practice research. Firstly, draw inspiration through Blended learningtheory, adult learning theory, learning community theory and action learning theories as thetheoretical guidance of this research. Secondly, using the questionnaire survey method, oralinterview method and so on to investigate and analyze the status quo of regional joint teachingand research. Summarize the shortcomings of traditional regional joint teaching and research andthe feasibility of carrying out of network educational research. According to the theory basis to construct the blended regional joint teaching and research mode and explain every step of it indetail. Lastly, putting this mode in some of the lap schools into effect and test it using thequestionnaire survey method and lecture. Then explore and summarize the implementation of thestrategy in practice. The lap schools in this research are in Tanchang of Gansu province.This study is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is introduction, It thoroughly analyzedthe research background, the proposition of research questions, the current research aboutblended regional joint teaching and research, research contents, the significance of the researchand the research methods. Chapter two is the definition of related concepts and the status quo ofthe blended regional joint teaching and research, summarize the problems in rural areas, thefeasibility and significance of carrying out of blended regional joint teaching and research.Chapter three is the main part of the study. First, elaborated the theory basis and the implicationsof this study, second, summarize the tools and allocation of blended regional joint teaching andresearch, on the basis of which construct the mode of blended regional joint teaching andresearch. Chapter four is the practice part, put the blended regional joint teaching and researchmode into practice and verify the implementation effect. Chapter five is the conclusion of thisstudy, and the research work of the next phase.
