| Rural regional joint teaching and research which based on rural schools'reality is animportant form of teaching and research, it can integrate research strength between schools. Itsolves two problems effectively, the one is rural school can not conduct scholastic teachingand research because of the teacher power deficiency, the other is many teachers don't havethe chance to join the country or district level teaching and research because of limited scale.It is an effective way to promote professional development of teachers in rural areas andimprove the quality of rural education. Many rural areas of china have been implemented andcarried out a number of practice on rural regional joint teaching and research. However,although at present all over the country has achieved some results on it, but there still existsmanyproblems in the implementation process.The development and application of network technology creates new conditions andopportunities for reforming the traditional rural regional joint teaching and research. Thecombination of network and rural regional joint teaching and research is helpful to addresssome inherent disadvantages of the traditional rural regional joint teaching and research andimprove the effectiveness of it. Therefore, it has very real significance to explore theimplementation model and strategy of the rural regional joint teaching and research undernetwork environment.Relying on the research of"The popularization proposal to utilize the educationtechnology to improve the classroom teaching quality of rural primary school"program, thisstudy constructed the model of rural regional joint teaching and research under networkenvironment by theoretical guidance and practice. First, draw inspiration through carding thesituated cognition theory, adult learning theory and blended learning study as the theoreticalguidance of this study. Second, make an analysis on current traditional rural region jointteaching and research by literature survey and questionnaire survey. Then, on the base ofreferring traditional model and the current demand of teachers in rural areas, design animplementation model of rural regional joint teaching and research under networkenvironment. Last, make a test on this model bypractice study. The practice part of this study,it chooses the country immediate schools area in FengNing Country, HeBei Province. Thestudy object is Chinese teacher in Grade 1 and Grade 2. It makes a proof of that the model iseffective, and it explores some strategies in the process of practice.This study includes five chapters. Chapter one is introduction, it introduce the researchbackground, the proposition of research questions, the current research, the definition ofrelated concepts, the study content and the study significance. Chapter two is the theoreticalfoundation and the inspiration for this study. Chapter three is the body of this study, firstly itmakes a survey on the traditional rural regional joint teaching and research, and then makestatistics and analysis on the data, then design an implementation model of rural regionaljoint teaching and research under network environment. Chapter four is the practice part, itmake a test and evaluation on this model byimplementing a complete activity. Chapter five isthe summary and the next research work. |
