As the demand for the construction of learning type society is increasing and the currentpeople’s team consciousness strengthens gradually,the learning behavior of society has increasedsignificantly. While, the development of network technology and group learning provides moreavailable resources and convenient way to communicate, makes the learners in the network forma stable network, all of these promote the rapid development of virtual learningcommunity——the organic combination of modern distance education and virtual learningcommunity.Learners in the virtual learning community can come from all around the world and theireducational backgrounds and beliefs may be different. They gathered together based on interestand exchange their views and opinions without the limit of time and space. The interaction is themost typical features of virtual learning community, through interaction members establishes therelations among themselves. The set of community members and their relationship make up thevirtual learning community social network. In the virtual learning community,members througha large number of communication activities to obtain knowledge, namely, throughcommunication and cooperation with others to digest and absorb new knowledge, and integrateit to their existing knowledge structures. Therefore, by improving the learner’s communicativeeffect, to a certain extent, can improve the learner’s collaboration learning effect in the virtuallearning community. Based on this, this paper adopts the social network analysis method, andusing UCINET software to analysis the communicative behaviors of members from" learningscience and technology" which is one of the campus assisted virtual learning community. Toexplore the problems and influencing factors of communicative actions in virtual learningcommunity and make recommendations for improvement, therefore,the advantage of virtuallearning community can play better, and it can promote the construction of learners’ knowledgein the virtual learning communityThis paper uses the method of social network analysis and uses the UCINET software toanalyze the member’s social network relationships who come from campus aided virtual learningcommunity——"Learning Science and Technology". The first chapter of this paper outlines thepresent situation of domestic and foreign research and the representatives of research topics thatrelate to virtual learning community, and introduces the characteristics of virtual learningcommunity, it is pointed out that the basic characteristics of it is interaction, and then put forwardthis study’s significance, purpose and content. The second chapter introduces the basic concept ofcommunication and virtual community,and the characteristics of virtual learning community andit’s interaction features, also,summarize the characteristics of virtual learning community intercourse behavior subject——learners. Finally, introduces the social network analysis whichwas used in this paper,and describes the meeting point of it and the research. While, the thirdchapter is the key chapter of this paper, introduces data collection and collation of the researchobject, focuses on the analysis of the learner’s communicative behaviors in “Learning Scienceand Technology" virtual learning community. There, network centrality, member roles andcohesive subgroups are analyzed by using social network analysis, to explore these learners’srole that played in the network and the function. Through the above analysis it shows that themembers in the virtual learning community have the following problems in communicationbehaviors: the behaviors of the group members are inconsistent with expectations; The depth ofinteraction between members of the community are low. What’s more there are a large number ofdivers; while, the teacher’s participation degree is low, he doesn’t guid the discussion in thecommunity or control on the subject for discussion; There are lack of the necessary criteria to theevaluation of the effectiveness of activities; Low community institutional, community can’tconstraint to the conduct of the members; Members in Virtual Learning Community are lack ofthe consciousness of sharing and knowledge interaction. Then this chapter analyzes the causes ofthe problems. The fourth chapter according to the problems and reasons of communicative actionanalysed in the third chapter, put forward the corresponding strategies.
