Over the past 20years, with the fast development of internet, the construction on the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty has already become the important component in university educates nowadays. Though university in each area build educational information resources actively, because of problems which non-compatible of standard of the network resource application, Semantic is defined laxly, validity of the knowledge grid, and scarce of ontology structurization, etc.. The repeated construction, numerous and different of the educational resources are not have real value to students and researchers, and intellectual interdynamic between these educational resources and makers. So, the bottleneck has appeared in the construction on the knowledge resource base of university discipline and specialty. In recent years, with the gradual ripe of the relevant ideas of the Semantic web, and grid technology, has put forward the new method to break through this bottleneck. The main innovation of this thesis is to introduce the ontology, grid technology of the professional knowledge of discipline, and the concept that the professional knowledge grid of discipline serves the ontology, and construct application of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, and realize the function that the information retrieval of knowledge of university discipline and specialty, intellectual recommendation of knowledge, and intellectual consultation.This thesis uses the method of the compare, draws lessons from the relevant research results about discipline profession intellectual navigation in domestic and international university, studies from four respects:1. Basic theories and research approach of the construction on the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty. Based on basic principle of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, add Semantic technology, grid technology into grid structure of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, and propose knowledge models of the Semantic , grid form the respect of knowledge base, thus can realize the grid information management that the ontology drive. 2. Intension analysis of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty. Ontology is a foundation of setting up the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, introduce the concept the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, and thus realize the content construction model of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty.3. Study of the construction of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty. Propose the key technology of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, design and construct ontology model, grid model, grid service ontology model of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty the discipline professional knowledge directed against key technology, and construct application platform of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty by utilizing three models.4. Application research of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty. Apply to the retrieval system of information of discipline and specialty, of intellectual recommendation of knowledge, and of intellectual consultation.The thesis constructs the application platform of the Knowledge Resource Base of University Discipline and Specialty, and describes this platform from information retrieval of knowledge intellectual recommendation of knowledge, and intellectual consultation. So this platform has certain practical value.
