With the rising of information modernization, economic globalization and trade liberalization, e-commerce is widely applied in a variety of fields like society, commerce and trade, tourism, etc. in China, which promotes the rapid development of industrial, regional and global economy. The demands for e-commerce talents especially top-class technology-based e-commerce talents engaging in front-line work in enterprises are increasing as more and more enterprises enter the field of e-commerce. E-commerce graduates cultivated by secondary vocational schools are mainly skill-oriented and work in enterprises as grass-roots employees. However, those talents who should have been popular in the market find it hard to find jobs. The rapid development of e-commerce and severe talent shortage turn the field of e-commerce into a huge talent vacuum. On the other hand, enterprises think that e-commerce talents from secondary vocational schools neither reach certain theoretical level and R&D ability nor possess high operation and innovation ability. Thus, e-commerce talents from secondary vocational schools cannot meet the requirements of enterprises for this type of talents. Therefore, how to realize seamless joint between enterprise recruitment and school teaching is an important subject for e-commerce educators in secondary vocational schools at present.Cultivating e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools must be based on rational analysis on the market. Only cultivating talents needed by enterprises can effectively improve core competitiveness of students majoring in E-commerce in secondary vocational schools. Given the problem whether the skills mastered by students majoring in E-commerce in secondary vocational schools in Huizhou City satisfy the market needs, the paper investigates the recruitment ads on national talent website and local talent website in Huizhou City by means of questionnaire, and analyzes the needs for skills of e-commerce talents in206enterprises gathered via SPSS17.0statistical software to study the problems between enterprise demands and talent cultivation so as to probe into three aspects of students including comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and skills and general skills, reconstruct e-commerce curriculum system of secondary vocational schools and explain the contents of each course to be taught.The paper analyzes network talent market in Huizhou City to reset e-commerce courses in secondary vocational schools, which not only perfects thetheoretical system of e-commerce talent cultivation to a certain degree, but also provides an example used for reference for cultivation of e-commerce talents and professional construction in secondary vocational schools in Huizhou City and even surrounding cities.
