Aerobics with the development of the society is becoming more and more diversified, won the people's favorite. Aerobics is leading body all organs of body movement, has the very good fitness and strong and handsome, people attention more and more of them. Aerobics course in universities and colleges in our country are gradually carried out, in order to meet the students' learning interest in calisthenics and fitness of purpose. Is paid attention to by the colleges and universities aerobics teaching gradually, make the aerobics teaching in colleges and universities is basically developed, and the students' learning needs in aerobics also gradually to be satisfied. The development of independent college calisthenics courses still exist some problems, in this paper, the author will be 10 independent colleges of henan province aerobics teaching present situation investigation and study, understand development of independent colleges in henan province aerobics teaching, the scientific development of independent college aerobics teaching provides realistic guiding significance.This paper mainly through the literature material method, mathematical analysis method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis, the henan province 10 independent college aerobics teaching to carry on the basic of investigation and study, the purpose is to understand the development status quo of independent college aerobics, and through the related curriculum teaching present situation, the related aerobics teachers present situation, the students learning situation and the related factors affecting the development of independent college aerobics teaching are analyzed, such as the following conclusions:(1) Independent college aerobics teacher structure development in henan province is not reasonable, aerobics teachers present younger age, lack of experienced old teacher. Employed teachers education is given priority to with undergraduate, graduate research such as lack of talent; Uneven special aerobics teachers' teaching ability, special education teacher resources is less; Related to the teaching scientific research ability is not strong.(2) The number of independent colleges in henan province aerobics class is difficult to meet the current demand, aerobics teaching method also needs to be improved, the current education method can't promote students' learning interest and learning efficiency.(3) In the process of independent colleges in henan province aerobics teaching widespread phenomenon of light theory emphasizing on practice, this system is not conducive to students and clear knowledge of aerobics.(4) The factors affecting the development of independent colleges in henan province aerobics teaching of institutional factors, teachers' quality is not balanced, students' learning attitude and site constraints. In view of the existing problems, and puts forward the following Suggestions:to build high quality of calisthenics teacher team; Improve the independent college aerobics course class Settings; To diversify in aerobics teaching content and method; Improve the independent college aerobics teaching venues and facilities.
