Researches On The Long Term Care Social Insurance System Of Elite Retired Disabled Athletes In China

With the development of China’s political and economic, government and societyis concerned about the livelihood of the people increasingly.The coverage of eventssuch as “Sang Lan”,“Zou chunlan”,"Caili untimely death” caused extensiveconcern of society for disabled ex-service athletes.It’s a kind of high risk and highinvestment business that elite athletes work, the characteristics of competitive sportsdecided to disable the inevitability of the movement.At present, the elite athletesdisability insurance is also tend to the disability compensation, to some extent, itignored the inadaptation between the long-term influence of disability and one-timeinsurance line. There is no a system between disability and pension insurance.To solveelite retired disabled athletes’long-term health of the life security, it relations to the vitalinterests of the athletes both maintenance, and is related to the stability of the activeathletes team.It is especially important to the sustainable development of competitivesports in our country.Therefore, it is necessary to set up the long-term care socialinsurance system for elite retired disabled athletes urgently.Based on this, this article through the literature material method, expert interviewmethod, case analysis,logic analysis and other methods, for our country outstandingretired disabled athletes long-term care of social insurance system as the main researchobject.This article discusses the necessity of establishing of long-term care socialinsurance system for elite retired disabled athletes in China, analyzes the realisticdifficulties of building the long-term care social insurance system for elite retireddisabled athletes,drawing on foreign mature experience relatively,and put forward theconception and suggestions of localization.First of all, from the perspective of the basic theory of the long-term care socialinsurance system,to analyze the present situation of our country’s insurance system forelite athletes and the existing problems. Then,to further analyzes the necessity of setting up social insurance system for a long time to take care of the elite retired disabledathletes, under the large number of facts,this article argues that Establishing thelong-term care social insurance system of disabled athletes is a necessary requirement ofadhere to the people-oriented, promote the sustainable development of athletics sportsof our country, promote the harmonious development of undertakings of physicalculture and sports to promote of building a harmonious society,improve the excellentathletes security system, ensure elite retired disabled athletes and the urgently need ofthe fundamental interests.Secondly, this article analyzed many other practical problems faced by thelong-term care insurance system of elite disabled athletes in China from the athletesinsurance related to cognitive biases, inadequate laws and regulations, lack of clarity ofthe nursing grade standards, inadequate care and nursing staff analysis so on and soforth.Thirdly, this article introduced the development status of long term care insurancein foreign countries, and built on their successful experience. Analyzed the commercialcare social insurance system in Germany an Japan, as well as the statutory careinsurance background, specific content, and gave the evaluation.Then drawing on thesuccessful experiences of developed countries.Finally, this paper put forward a conception for long-term care social insurancesystem of elite disabled athletes in China according to the successful experience ofabroad.From the long-term care system of social insurance fund raise, salary paymentsystem, supervision system three aspects are analyzed.At the same time, in order topromote the construction of this system,the author puts forward rationalcountermeasures from to establish perfect relevant laws and regulations,adopt gradualprogress based on national conditions,intensify propaganda for prepare to publicopinion,establish and perfect the system of long-term care services, foster professionalservice personnel of long-term care.
