Learning ability is a kind of comprehensive ability. In thebackground of top-notch innovative personnel training, teachers should inspirestudents’ spirit of creation and train students’ ability of creation. In specific classroomteaching activities, teachers should firstly arouse "problem consciousness" of thestudents, training the students to discover problems, generate problems and solve themas well. According to the different teaching contents, different types of classes, anddifferent students "problem consciousness", teachers should cultivate students’ interestin learning, such as academic literacy, divergent thinking, image thinking,self-learning ability, experiment exploring ability and so on. Teachers should beflexible and smart to arrange for the teaching activities, and the best teachers knowhow to train students’ innovation spirit and innovation ability.This study consists of four parts.The first part: to put forward the problem. In the innovative talents trainingsystem and the new course reform, teachers need to cultivate the students’ autonomouslearning, develop the ability to discover problems, generate and solve the problem inthe middle school chemistry teaching in the classroom.The second part: the historical background of the study. The current educationneed to be improved in the traditional mode of education, and the goal of theeducational and teaching activities is the development of students’ ability.The third part: the study of the classroom cases. Through the concrete teachingactivity of middle school chemistry, teachers develop and train the students’ learningability from multi angles, which are accompanied by cultivating students’ ability todiscover problems, generate and solve problems, thus cultivate students’ innovationability.The fourth part: Reflection and Prospect of the research on. In the college entrance examination, many students are good at "memorising" not "questioning","questioning" is a kind of important learning ability.
