Factors Ethics Education Virtual Community Formation

Nowadays the network technology is closely related with human production and life,closely connected with human behavior choice, therefore the ethical issues caused by networktechnology is becoming more and more sharp, more and more attention and serious taken byhuman beings.educational Virtual community as a new places and new areas of education in thenetwork era, also develop at an astonishing speed in recent years,ethical issues in the virtualspace are increasingly prominent.To in-depth study the ethical problems of educational virtualcommunity, construct the effective ethical code and social coordination system is imperative.Butbefore solve this problem we should study clearly what are the factors affecting the formation ofethic in educational virtual community firstly, and then shoot the arrow at the target.That is thebasis of this research.This paper aims to study the connotation and essence of ethic in educational virtualcommunity, explore the analysis of factors affecting the formation of ethic in educational virtualcommunity then provides research data for solving the problem of ethics. we put forward thisresearch, Though the method of empirical and the theoretical research. First of all, wesummarizes the status of research in related fields both home and abroad. Then we pointed outthe problems currently and the direction for the future. after a comprehensive analysis,summarizes the essence and connotation of ethic in educational virtual community, on the basisof the existing related research conclusions and theory,this paper puts forward the influencefactors model of ethic in educational virtual community, put forward relevant assumptions.Afterdesigning the questionnaire about these factors,we made an survey on the students who havetake parted in the course of “learning Sciences and Learning Technology”,the author analysesthe survey results by the SPSS and then draws the conclusion as follows:First,ethic in educational virtual community is an important part of network ethics, it has thenature of the network ethics and its own characteristics at the same time, this is determined by itsspecial content and form.Second, the essence of ethic in educational virtual community is the members’ respect to thefreedom and dignity of human being.Its features include:developmental;general; self-discipline.Third,Through questionnaire analysis we get the factors affecting the formation of virtualcommunity ethic education mainly have three: The morality of personal,Communityspecification and trust between the members of the community. While the other factors such asCommunity service support also affect the formation of ethic in Educational virtual community,but it is just a supporting role.The conclusion of this study shows the influencing factors and some individuals on how tosolve and standardize ethic problems around these factors to promote the harmonious communitybut lacks specific and practical in detail.These deficiencies will be our study focus in the future.
