As the improvement of the internet connectivity, communication skills in informationtechnology and situational awareness, smart phones, machine learning and other handheldmobile communication equipment can run fairly complex multimedia software, with more andmore strong computing performance has a very broad application prospect of education. There isno way to find out a micro mobile learning if it is short of a mobile terminal device, the mobileterminal device is a material security of the micro mobile learning. Under the material security ofthe mobile terminal equipment, micro mobile learning related their study in related activities.At present, the domestic research on micro mobile learning in the teaching of subjects hasmade a lot of research results, but the emphases are different, especially the application of micromobile learning in bilingual teaching research is not much, also the lack of a complete andcomprehensive results. First of all, this paper analyzed the research status of the micro mobilelearning and bilingual teaching on the basis of reading related literature, and the second on the“programming in c++” course teaching process design and application of the model building,and finally to the “programming in c++"is based on related study content of this course, carriedout in accordance with the building model of the application of the design of the case, andapplied to the bilingual teaching.Mobile micro learning should follow the teaching principles, mobile micro learning shouldbe how to carry out teaching design, and the application effect of mobile micro learning shouldbe how to evaluate such as the problems are the key research contents in the practical applicationof bilingual teaching. In this paper, micro mobile learning as auxiliary classroom learning stylein the actual classroom teaching, the purpose is to summarize the teaching experience,application effect, application value, strategy evaluation and other aspects in micro mobilelearning education, in order to provide some reference for micro mobile learning applications inbilingual education promotion. Mainly do the following work:(1) The introduction mainly introduced the content of the research, the idea of writing, thepresent situation of the research, etc in the micro mobile learning. Theory introduces thedefinition and the related theoretical knowledge about micro learning, mobile micro learning andbilingual teaching on the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign literature.(2) The mobile micro learning is to be analyzed the feasibility and necessity in bilingualteaching. Mobile micro-learning can make students form the habit of reading the originalteaching material literature of information technology, and can promote the teachers with trendsand directions of the development of information technology in the bilingual teaching, so the micro mobile learning applied in bilingual teaching is necessary; there is certain feasibility tomake use of the mobile terminal to transmit information on the popularity, the portability and thecompleteness of function of mobile equipment.(3) To the "programming in c++" as an example, it carries on the teaching process design ofthe related content, and moves the organic combination of the micro mobile learning andbilingual teaching, and constructs the application model on mobile phone short message andwireless network connection focusing on the characteristics of the programming in c++course.(4) The "programming in c++" course teaching design and implementation of the case. Itdesigns the concrete teaching case according to the model, and practices in bilingual teaching. Itwill make investigation and analysis by the form of questionnaires and interviews for the mobilemicro learning in the application of bilingual teaching, sums up the effect of the mobile microlearning applications in bilingual teaching.
