At present, China is in transition and social development, development of traditionalideological and political education is facing a double challenge from internal and externaloppression conscious adjustment for change, in the ideological and political education systemwith Chinese characteristics, the middle part of the ideological and political education of highschool, the urgent need to strengthen social adaptation and application effectiveness. In theperspective of psychology, positive psychology, learning theory and application of knowledgeand ideas innovative methods of ideological and political education of high school, are betterable to reveal the laws of the formation and development of the human mind, and promoteideological and political education of high school to professional and efficient, is an effectiveway to break through the traditional ideological and political education predicament.Combined with the actual situation of the current high school students ideological andpolitical education, this paper is divided into three parts to explore how the psychology from theperspective of the innovation of Ideological and political education of high school students. Firstof all, from the perspective of theoretical study, systematically expounded the theory ofIdeological and political education and psychology theory, a detailed demonstration of the two inthe development of education in the dialectical unification relations, determined on the basis ofthe theory and method of psychology research and new perspectives of high school ideologicaland political education, and tries to psychology theory and method of play in regulatinginternalization psychological nature and optimization of external thinking and behavior role, toimprove the effectiveness of Ideological and political education goal; secondly, starting from theempirical point of view, application of basic psychological characteristics analysis of high schoolstudents and the psychological factors in senior high school in the ideological and politicaleducation, in psychology from the perspective of classified summary of Er high performanceproblems of the field of Ideological and political education, and psychology reason analysis;finally, summarize psychology from the perspective of innovation of high school ideological andpolitical education ideas, and put forward the scientific innovation, from a practical point of view,environmental optimization, people-oriented corresponding four innovation principles andfeasible measures as a guide to action.In summary, under the ideological and political education psychology perspective ofinnovation in high school, can effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and politicaleducation, in line with the overall trend of social development and educational development, andto promote the healthy development of students to promote social progress and civilization hasimportant practical significance.
