The ideological and political education of university students shoulders the great mission of cultivating students' all-round development of moral,intellectual,and physical for the party and the country.The new situation and new task of socialist construction make the ideological and political education of university students face new opportunities and challenges.Thus,improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students has become an urgent issue to be solved in the new era.This study is based on psychology to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students,which has theoretical and practical significance.In the perspective of psychology an effective ideological and political education must follow the formation Law of university students' ideology and morality.The content of ideological and political education must be scientifically constructed in accordance with the laws and regulations of university students,the requirements of social development and the goals of ideological and political education,and educational methods should also be flexible selected to maximize the overall development of students.The concrete manifestation is that the establishment of educational goals should change from becoming a social citizen to becoming a social citizen and comprehensive development;the construction of educational content should shift from focusing on social needs to focusing on physical and mental development and individual needs;the choice of educational methods should shift from focusing on indoctrination to being appropriate and flexible.It is characterized by regularity,unity of informed consent,democratic equality,emotional interaction and self-internalization.Psychology provides the basis for the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students.The establishment of educational goals must be based on positive psychology and Taxonomic Theory of Educational Objectives.The choice of educational content should be based on humanistic psychology,Recent Development Zone Theory and Cognitive Development Theory.The choice of educational methods should be based on constructivism psychology.The optimization of educational process needs to be based on attitude.Psychology,the coordination of educational elements needs to be based on moral psychology,and the object of education needs to be based on differential psychology.The elements of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for university students include nine aspects: the effectiveness of educational objectives,the effectiveness of educational content,the effectiveness of educational methods,theeffectiveness of classroom teaching,the effectiveness of educational environment,the effectiveness of educators,the effectiveness of security system,the effectiveness of Party and League organizations and the effectiveness of educational results.In view of the cognitive differences between teachers and students,the Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for University Students is divided into teacher's and student's papers.The Teachers' Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for University Students includes eight dimensions: effectiveness of educational objectives,effectiveness of educational content,effectiveness of educational methods,effectiveness of classroom teaching,effectiveness of educational environment,effectiveness of educators,effectiveness of security system and effectiveness of educational results.The Students' Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for University Students includes:effectiveness of educational content,effectiveness of educational methods,effectiveness of classroom teaching,effectiveness of educational environment,effectiveness of educators,effectiveness of Party and League organizations and effectiveness of educational results.In the study,the researcher uses the methods of literature,investigation,thinking and discrimination to compile "Questionnaire on the Effectiveness of university Students 'Ideological and Political Education" to investigate four different types of university teachers and students in Hunan Province.The result showed that the overall ideological and political education of university students is relatively effective,but it has not reached an effective and very effective level.The teacher's evaluation of its eight dimensions from high to low is: the effectiveness of educational goals,the effectiveness of educational content,the effectiveness of the security system,the effectiveness of the educational environment,the effectiveness of educators,the effectiveness of educational outcomes,the effectiveness of classroom teaching,The effectiveness of educational methods.The students' evaluation of their seven dimensions from high to low is the effectiveness of educational content,the effectiveness of educators,the effectiveness of party organizations,the effectiveness of educational environment,the effectiveness of classroom teaching,the effectiveness of educational outcomes,and the effectiveness of educational methods.In general,the overall effectiveness of university students' ideological and political education goals and the three sub-projects are relatively effective,but the education objectives reflect the law of physical and mental development of educational objects,and the goal of inheritance and innovation are only close to beingrelatively effective.The overall effectiveness of educational content and its ten sub-projects are relatively effective,but entrepreneurial innovation education is only close to being relatively effective;The education method is relatively effective,but the educational methods of visiting revolutionary predecessors and the revolutionary holy-style are only close to being relatively effective;The overall effectiveness of classroom teaching and the eight sub-projects are relatively effective,but the rationality of the ideological and political course system,the quality of the existing courses,the scientific practicality of the teacher's lesson plans,and the quality of the network ideological and political courses are only close to being relatively effective;The overall effectiveness of the education environment and the campus environment,happy family and other six sub-projects are relatively effective,but the surrounding education environment,teaching style,study style,etc.are only close to being relatively effective;Educators are relatively effective,but teachers and students have significant differences in the effectiveness of teaching methods,the effectiveness of teaching art,and the effectiveness of teachers' quality in teachers of ideological and political theory.The overall effectiveness of the education security system and the effectiveness of the four sub-projects are relatively effective;The overall effectiveness of the party organization and the effectiveness of the Young Marxist Learning Research Association are relatively effective,but the other three sub-projects are only close to being relatively effective;The overall effectiveness of the education results and the nine sub-projects are relatively effective,but for college students to acquire mental health knowledge,have psychological self-regulation ability,and improve mental health quality are only close to being relatively effective.The influencing factors of the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students in the field of psychology are various.It mainly includes the knowledge,ability,quality,and teaching input of the educators,and the recognition,cooperation,support and input of the university students.It is not only influenced by the social environment,school environment,family environment,network culture environment and the psychological environment,but also influenced by the universities organization leadership system and management operation mechanism.In view of the investigation of the effectiveness of university students' ideological and political education and the results of regression analysis and influencing factors,the strategies to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of university students from the perspective of psychology includes: In the establishment of the goal of ideological and political education of university students,it shouldcorrectly establish the goal and to improve the target system;In the process of choosing content,it should meet the psychological needs of university students,fully consider their characteristics and physical and mental development;In the choice of educational methods,it should take into account the individual differences and importance of university students self-education,paying attention to social practice;In the process of education,it should play the leading role of educators,pay attention to internalization of students,attach importance to cooperation between teachers and students;In the construction of the educational environment,it should create a psychological environment,purify network environment and utilize the group psychological effect.
