Inrecent years mobile computer technology developed rapidly, mobile communicationstechnology and mobile terminal technology have matured, had constrained thedevelopment of mobile learning problems have been resolved, mobile learninggradually implemented effectively.In this information era lifelong learning has become the consensus of people. Butpeople are bustle about, work and life, difficult to extract large chunks of time to learn.This requires people to take full advantage of the spare time to learn. Because the pricehas gradually declined, more and more mobile terminal equipment which has excellentperformance has entered the lives of ordinary people. So, people carry mobile smartdevices for learning is become a huge market demand. In this background, we proposethe design and realization of the android-based mobile learning system.The android based mobile learning system architecture design using BS and CSmodel. So users can user computer or mobile phone to access the system similar to usetraditional E-Learning system. The main feature of this system is to provide aninterface for the user to access from client which installed on the mobile phone. Usemobile phone client, users can truly access the system to learn anywhere and anytime.The server side of the system developed on the JavaEE platform, databasemanagement software uses MySQL. Given the current field of mobile operatingsystem, Android operating system accounted for more than50%of the proportion andthe proportion continues to increase, so the system client we developed based on theAndroid system. Using this system, users can easily carry out learning course materials,including text and pictures browsing, video viewing and other resources.
