With the technology about computer software mobile and communication being developed,especially with the development of computer software technology and mobile communication technology,especially the advent of open source mobile phone operating system Android,the development of mobile software based on smart phone has a new climax.In the world of science and technology in the future,information technology will continue to change our education.In order to better assist classroom teaching and improve the students’ learning enthusiasm as well as the integration of learning and life,so that students better acquire knowledge,we develop a mobile learning system based on the Android operating system course by combining the daily teaching and the development of software.This thesis takes two kinds of architecture design based on the Android mobile learning platform,namely we adopted the Android platform based on the C/S structure in the mobile learning front-end,while B/S architecture is employed for background data management.Through the large amounts of data access,requirement analysis and system design,we determine the overall system architecture.Apache server is for system server;we configure the MySQL database on the server,and for the PC,we apply PHP language to design the management end management for servers,we also use java language to develop Android client app.We connect the server and the client by employing JSON formatted data,in the same time,the data transmission is finished.In order to reduce the cost of hardware procurement,while in order to improve the computer’s processing capacity and allow users to learn anytime,anywhere online,the system will be equipped with a cloud platform.Through the investigation and analysis of teachers and students,the functional structure of the system is determined.The main contents include the development of the PC side management system and the development of the Android front end software.The backstage management system includes:user login,teacher information management,student information management,course information and learning materials management,forum management,announcement management.Android front-end software system include:administrator or student login,view of the student information,the announcement information,and curriculum resources,curriculum related document downloading,online questions,the forum,modifying passwords,downloading resources management.We carry on an interaction test to the data resources in the background management system,and we also give a test to the Android front end software system function.The test results show that the background management system and Android front-end software system prototype design has achieved the desired design goals,but the security and the stability of the system still remains to be observed and improved.
