Design Of Wireless Network For Smart Home Control Based On SMS And Speech Recognition

With the rapid development of technology and the improvement of life, smart homeapplication is becoming people’s new pursuit. Based on this requirement, The paper isdesigned finish a smart home control system with zigbee network, GSM and speech recognitiontechnology.Through research ZigBee wireless network communication technology is adopted basedon the needs of low-power, low-cost, it subverts the traditional cable layout of the home controlsystem and brings more advantages in scalability and beautiful to look, which greatly solves thethe wiring difficult problem of residential equipment connected. Using TI’s CC2530coupledwith Z-Stack protocol stack, coordinator node, sensor node, the the pyroelectric node, switchcontrol node are designed. After inspecting the relevant technical literature, detailed hardwareand software are designed, the former contains the power supply circuit, wireless modulecircuit, sensor control circuit and the latter aspect includes the detailed design of the start-upand maintenance of the network protocol stack, and for different function nodes, differentcontrol and sensing transceiver program is designed.Use MSP430F5438as a master control system to unify the command assignment coupledwith two home control styles GSM and speech recognition. The reasons of using the referredcontrol methods are the following two aspects: the one hand, a huge amount of mobile phoneusers are accustomed to the mobile phone operation; the other hand, a part of the mobile phoneusers with low literacy levels are not good at SMS, telephone speech control will greatlyfacilitate these users. For the the GSM control software design, SMS’s operations of settings,reading, sending, and deleting are based on AT command and furtherly control commandsrecognition program for the text message is completed. For the speech recognition softwaredesign including voice command recognition and MP3player, the single-chip LD3320isadopted, so that different voice can be carried out according to different commands to showman-machine interaction during speech recognition. Both of the referred control wayseventually will assign the results recognized to ZigBee network for further execution.Additionally, for the consideration of communicating with family members when being out, avoice message note module is designed. Finally, the home control network performance and the effectiveness of the commandidentification is tested, and the results show that the design of the software and hardwarereaches the original requirements.
