| Process Planning is a very important part in Green Manufacturing, studying on it has agreat significance for resource and environment. The time, quality, cost, resource consumingand environment influence of the process always act as the goal of process planning for greenmanufacturing. Depending on these five goals, we can optimize the technological parameter,operation method, process factors, and evaluate the green level of the whole process. Mystudy focus on the process factors selection and process planning.Firstly, we analysis the details of process factors and main methods of evaluate. Then weput forward FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) for machine, tool and fluid selection.Using this method to calculate the weight of decision-making factors for each selection model,then from expert grading method, we can get the score of each project. Finally we chose thebest project from the scores.In the second part we discuss ABC(Article Bee Colony) algorithm, connect local search–SA(Simulate Annealing) with ABC to improve the algorithm. Then introduce the flow ofalgorithm and method of coding. Using this Hybrid ABC to solve the process planningmodel, analyzing the normal cases, comparing the result with which solved by otheralgorithms. Then we can have a conclusion: Hybrid ABC is effective for discrete problem.Depending on the process factors selection, this paper propose a multi-objective decisionmodel for process planning for green manufacturing. Considering Pareto method, the paperuses an improved process of hybrid ABC algorithm in a case.In order to using the method in the real factory, the paper put forward an applicationsystem based on Web which has six modules: obtain information of part module, selectprocess factors module, process planning module, evaluate green level module, data basemanagement module, user management module. Then show the main frame of these modules.Finally, summarize the whole research, introduce the achievement and shortage of theresearch. |
