| In the past few years, internet developed fastly, and applying for a job andrecruiting through internet gradually becomes the common choice of job seekers andenterprises. Online recruitment changes the traditional mode, and has many advantagessuch as greater geographical range, larger information quantity and lower cost.Nowadays, many cities at home and abroad or regional governments have set up theirown official recruiting websites to build an interactive platform for all kinds ofenterprises and job seekers. Through the modern internet system, job seeking andrecruiting can overcome spatio-temporal restriction.Based on the study of background and development of the current recruitingsystem and some job employing information systems, this thesis finds the rule of jobseeking demonds and operational procedures and designs regional online job applyingand recruiting system. Following the advanced ideas of modern software engineering,this thesis uses modularizing concept of design to simplify the design, debugging andmaintaining. This thesis firstly makes demand analysis of recruiting systems, whichincludes general demand, roles partition, function analysis and safety demand, thenmakes general and detailed design of the system. The general design part mainlydescribes the goal, principle and etc. The detailed design part mainly describes thepartition of all functional modules and design of database. The thesis later illustrates theachievement process of each modules such as key webs and codes. At last, the thesisillustrates the project of system security, and does function and load test to each mainmodule. Based on demand, the system uses B/C mode to simplify its development,maintaining and operation. The system has been test run in a regional talent resourcesmarket. The result indicates that this system isconvenient, efficient and secure, and itcan greatly improve the efficiency of recruitment. |
