| Performance evaluation is an indispensable human resource management an important part. As a feedback mechanism, it has created for the enterprise communication and exchange among staff opportunities. Performance appraisal is a management problem, it mainly as a means of monitoring and evaluation, but their purpose is to encourage enterprises to achieve the best performance of the team. Especially since the proliferation of knowledge workers, performance appraisal has become a hot research topic.Performance inspection of government is an important and realistic problem. It has positive functions in appreciating the government’s ability, improving government’s performance, supervising government’s behavior, improving relation of government and society public etc. Along with the continuous administration reformation of our country, the government performance obtained values in theorists and in all levels of governments. Some local governments already started with the trial of the government performance inspection. It had obtained the certain results, and made some positive effects.This in addition to the procedure of system analysis, architecture design, function design, database design, implementation and other functions outside the main part, This paper analyzes the browser/server structure combined with the characteristics of the actual situation of employee performance appraisal is proposed based on browser/server structure of the basic design performance evaluation, a brief introduction of various functional modules and database system design, focusing on the use ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2005performance appraisal system developed for database access and dynamic web production technology, and gives part of the implementation code. The B/S structure of the system in the Windows XP system and the VS.NET platform developed under the complete ASP.NET using C#as development language, SQL Server2005as the database.Informationization of Performance Management studied in the paper make the Performance Evaluation circulate and generate the evaluation result on the network automatically as to evade some subjective factors, improve the level of the transparency of evaluation, reduce the quantities of manual workload. That may be the best way to promote efficiency of Performance Management. |
