Only when the public officials are in place can they carry out their own work.Based on the performance management of Dali taxation bureau, this paper discusses the practical significance of staff performance appraisal. According to the features of work performance appraisal, combined with the technology that can realize the function, we analyze the demand of Dali local taxation bureau business and outline the content of the performance appraisal system, then plan out a variety of construction system feasibility plans, ultimately choose one based on system design target. After collecting the relevant technical scheme, based on B/S structure, the final design system uses ASP.NET programming technology and SQL Server2008 background database integrate this set of assessment system. Also structure schematic diagrams and flow diagram forms are used to carry on the detailed design and analysis of each function module and sub-system, as a result the Dali taxation bureau performance appraisal system is constructed.The system design process strictly follows actual needs of the assessment work: in view of the B/S structure mode, users just need to open the browser and input the specified URL, then enter the correct login information on the login interface and connect the system. Therefore, this system has the characteristics of zero installation,simple operation, simple interface and easy maintenance, and it also has strongscalability which can timely update its functions with the development of technology and the change of demand. Each module of the system is independent of each other,so corresponding functional module will be chosen according to the needs of different users. Using the performance evaluation model based on actual unit situation is simple and effective, because the various modules of performance appraisal system can operate independently or be integrated to achieve performance management functions. Function modules contain personal files, service management, personnel changes, training management, to-do services and so on. Through a number of long-time tests, the system is stable and is able to meet the performance appraisal requirements of unit.Due to the heavy workload, various rules involving system and users and system and limited design time in the system design process, the attendance module and performance management function module design may be not perfect; At the same time, as the system may be integrated with other existing business management system, so system compatibility problems may appear, and this is a difficult problem that need to be solved in the follow-up work. |
