As a part of the society, companies need to communicate with other social factors. In this process, companies may take negative impacts on some other nature or social elements in the world due to its goal of profit. Therefore, as companies growths, the requirement of its social responsibility is becoming more and more necessary.Our country is experiencing early age of building social responsibility in companies. In order to earn more profit companies usually take advantage of some illegal or immoral method, such us nongovernmental pollution offering the bribe. As government companies, in this time period should take positive effect on social responsibility. This is requirement of social improvement and people's living standard.This paper firstly analyzes the problems of social responsibility during companies growing process and mentioned some effective solutions may be helpful. There are several problems of social responsibility research in companies, such us the distinction between national and international research; the weakness of social responsibility in developing country; the lack of systematic analysis company social responsibility research due to its massive impact. Then this paper takes MQ company as an example, analyses its social responsibility report from 2010 to 2014 by using Carol two- dimensional model. This paper indicates that there are some problems extend in this company and several improvement measures will be given.MQ company is an government owned energy company, therefore enhancing environmental protection; ensuring employee health; developing the philanthropy seems to be more beneficial in this industry. Furthermore, hopefully, this example and analyze will provide some rewarding suggestion in building the social responsibility in Chinese companies.
