With the continuous improvement of public awareness of social responsibility,corporate social responsibility issues have become an unavoidable topic of the hotel industry.In recent years,the laws and regulations related to the hotel have been improved,and the hotel has achieved remarkable results in creating green tourism hotels and charitable donations,but still faces the phenomenon of lack of social responsibility,and with the changing environment,the hotel faces social responsibility challenges more severe.The hotel industry,as one of the most influential industries in the consumer sector,should take the initiative to assume social responsibility while sharing the fruits of reform and opening up.In the context of the current group and internationalization has become the mainstream of the hotel development,China's research on the practice of social responsibility of the hotel is less,especially the lack of deep and systematic research on the practice of hotel social responsibility.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the practice of social responsibility of hotel group.Based on the analysis of the research results and the theoretical basis,this paper puts forward 15 research hypotheses.Based on the analysis of its basic information and publicly disclosed social responsibility information,the Nvivoll.0 software is used as the research object.The final coding table has nine tree nodes and 51 subnodes,and then the semantic network analysis of ROST CM6 is used to test the result of the sample coding.In the empirical analysis,the descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and content analysis of the sample basic information and coding results were carried out by SPSS 17.0 software and Nvivo11.0 software,and the hypothesis was verified.On the basis of the empirical analysis of the characteristics of community responsibility practice,the differences of social responsibility between Chinese and foreign hotels,and the differences of social responsibility between the hotel industry and manufacturing industry,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,this study shows that the social responsibility of different hotels and organizations is different.Second,the practice of social responsibility is still in the initial stage,but it has been made Third,compared with the manufacturing industry,the hotel in the interpretation of social responsibility,the implementation of social responsibility motivation differences;Fourth,the hotel awareness of social responsibility and behavior there is a certain deviation;Fifth,with foreign developed Compared with the country,the level of social responsibility of our hotel is low,which is influenced by the government.Innovation:first,the system comprehensively on the Chinese and foreign hotel group 60 open social responsibility information research;second,in the verification of social responsibility on the basis of classical theory,found the special nature of the hotel industry;third,foreign hotel focus on Fourth,although the hotel perceived the most important economic and social responsibility,but the specific practice of the investors attention and practice less.
