A Study On The Effect Of Manufacturing Outsourcing Enterprise’s CSR Performance To MNC’s Image

With the development of globalization, Global Supply Chain systems have been occurred in many industries especially in manufacture industry. As part of Global Supply Chain systems, Manufacturing Outsourcing Enterprises have done great favors to Multi-National Companies and globe market, however, the weakening of manufacturing outsourcing enterprises’social responsibilities might cause effect on Multi-National Companies’image, and in which way, the Multi-National Companies’image have been effected. These problems deserve our studies.On the basis of theoretical study, this paper firstly find out the main aspects of manufacturing outsourcing enterprises’CSR performance, then analyze the theoretical relationship between manufacturing outsourcing enterprises’CSR performance and Multi-National Companies’image. With the help of empirical research and case study, the paper points out that,1. The transfer of environmental pollution of manufacturing outsourcing enterprises will positively affect the Multi-National Companies’image, especially on the product image, environment image and community image;2. Lengthen working hours and deduction of employees’salaries may only affect the community image of Multi-National Companies.3.The culture image of Multi-National Companies may not be affected by manufacturing outsourcing enterprises’CSR performance.Based on the study, this paper points out several management proposals finally.
