Study Of Outsourcing Impacting On Competitiveness Of Manufacturing Industry

Along with the rise of manufacturing and the extension of supply chain globalization, part of the manufacturing enterprise in order to foster and maintain competitive advantage, to develop their own core business and core expertise, they outsource supporting business or non-core business of enterprises to other business to do in order to enhance their competitiveness, in this case, outsourcing is increasingly becoming the mode of production in the near future. However, outsourcing as a double-edged sword, brings to the enterprise income, it also brings the risk. As a result, Study of outsourcing impacting on enterprise competitiveness, provides theoretical support and practical measures to implement the outsourcing to enhance competitiveness of enterprises, and has important practical significance to promote the development of China's outsourcing model. In this paper, based on domestic manufacturing enterprises of outsourcing, on the basis of the research literature about both at home and abroad related to the outsourcing business and enterprise competitiveness, do the research and evaluation system for the impact of outsourcing to manufacturing competitiveness.In this paper, based on the analysis and evaluation of Porter's competitive advantage theory and the corporation core competence theory, define the constituent elements of the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises, then related to the theory of outsourcing to enhance competitiveness of enterprises, analysis outsourcing impacting on the various factors of manufacturing enterprises competitiveness. And the introduction of outsourcing to measure the level of outsourcing and the use of SPSS on validity reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis,in order to verify the existence of outsourcing impacting on the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Then to assess the impact of outsourcing to the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, select the elements of the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises as the key indicators for evaluating the establishment of evaluation system. Which use factor analysis to evaluate, to get the result of the level of competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises with outsourcing.Empirical results show that there is the impact of outsourcing to the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises, the competitiveness of almost half manufacturing enterprises with outsourcing is in the general level, the competitiveness of some enterprises is in higher level. Address this situation, propose countermeasures to the managers, and the prospect for future research.
