Since the reform and opening, China’s touism industry developed rapidly.The rapiddevelopment of tourism not only provide good opportunities for China’s tourism Listedcompanies, but also has made tremendous contributions for China’s economic development.From the development of China’s tourism, China’s tourism Listed companies have a dominantposition in China’s tourism enterprises,but lag far behind the world’s largest travel group, Andnow, to China’s tourism Listed companies, how to meet the challenge, seize opportunities andadvantages and achieve rapid growth are common problems. As a leader in the developmentof the tourism industry, whether tourism listed companies have steady growth anddevelopment in the fierce market competition is the most basic and most objective standardsto test its ability to survive.Their behavioral norms and performance directly determines therise and fall of the stock market.In this context, the accurate evaluation of the Growth ofChina’s tourism Listed companies will help further deepen understanding of China’s tourismindustry.tourism companies on the sustainable development research also has importantsignificance.Currently, the academic have many enterprise growth research, but have littlespecialized research of tourism companies in domestic, so the thesis evaluate the growth oftourism listed companies in China. Firstly, based on sorting out of the enterprise growth’sresearch literature, the thesis defines the meaning of enterprise growth and summarizes thecharacteristics of enterprise growth,including persistance,dynamicness,volatility,complexityand expansion;Secondly, this thesis defines the concept and classification of tourism listedcompanies, selects suitable18tourism Listed companies as research object. In consideringtourism industry own characteristics, internal factors and external factors of influencing thedevelopment of the listed tourism companies Internal factors include the developmentprospects of the industry, the scale of the enterprise, the financial standing of the enterpriseand the enterprise’s internal comprehensive quality; external factors including the nationalmacroscopic economy, national economic policy, market demand situation, internationalenvironment and the change of nature, politics, economic events and seasonal. Finally,weestablish tourism listed companys’ growth evaluation model.The comprehensive considerationof the existing evaluation system, evaluation method and tourism industry on the basis of theirown characteristics, we construct the tourist market Evaluation of the growth model. By using the principal component, we analyze13item inancial indicators of tourism Listed companies,extract4principal component the growth of tourism Listed companies,and come to thetourist growth score of tourism Listed companies through the use of a linear combination.The empirical results show that China has emerged a number of growth-better tourismlisted companies, but its overall growth needs to improve.At the same time, according to eachsubentry ability difference of the tourism listed companies, the tourism listed companies areanalyzed and reviewed.And based on empirical analysis results, the thesis put forward somerecommendations to promote tourism listed companies’growth.Finally, It point out thedeficiencies of the evaluation model and propose directions for future research.
