The sustainable and stable development of agriculture, the protection of rural ecologicalenvironment and the maintenance of ecological balance of agriculture have became thecurrent important problem of agriculture development, rural construction and ruralenvironmental protection in our country. Therefore, exploring the developing modes ofcircular agriculture is effective to solve the contradiction between the economic and socialdevelopment and the agricultural resources and environment, and is also an important way torealize the sustainable development, especially, it has the great significance and value forstudy to the areas in southern shaanxi.which pursuit the economic development and theprotection of environment.Xixiang county is the representative of the traditional agricultural county in southernshaanxi, its agricultural population is87%, it is the typical structure of urban and rural areas.it sets the features of hills, mountains and landforms at a suit, and, it has abundant naturalresources and superior climate condition. In recent years, the economy of the county alreadyenters the benign development stage. The environmental and ecological status and economicbasis determine it to develop the circular economy. So far, the annually sowing area of grainhas reached about33333hectares, the sowing area of oil is about11333hectares,pig-producing breaks1.2million head, the new thoroughbred tea garden is6200acres,awning vegetables is1200acres, and,3000ZhaoQiChi which is new. According to thenew situation of the development of rural industry, the country based on the tea, pig, blackfungus and green leading industries combined with actual situation to try to explore the pointsand begin to innovation, and set a certain foundation on the development of live pig and teaindustry. According to the regionally specific natural condition, resources, social conditionsand so on, it makes use of the advantages of resources and chooses suited developing modes.At present, the common modes of agricultural circulation in xixiang is "the pig+marshy+food " and "pig+marshy+vegetables"."pig+marshy+DaPengCai ","pig+marshy+tea "and "pig+marshy+tea+sightseeing agriculture" are still in a local pilot stage. Therefore, studying on the relationship between the various subsystems and interactive mechanism, andevaluating economic, ecological and social benefits, then,to learn which is better is of greatsignificance to adjusting measures to local conditions for popularization anddecision-making.the starting point of this paper is that the development of Circular Agriculture canpromote the efficient use of agricultural resources, rural incomes and environmentalprotection,in this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods are combined,and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are applied to evaluate the economic,social and ecological benefits of the four main modes of circular agriculture ("the pig+marshy+food ","pig+marshy+DaPengCai ","pig+marshy+tea " and "pig+marshy+tea+sightseeing agriculture")in Xixiang, in order to provide the appropriate references forthe development of circular agriculture.
