Research On The Comparison Between The Mode Of Typical Foreign Circular Agriculture And Hebei Province's

Circular economy is a new model of economic development discovered by developed country, which is used to cope with resources and environment problems appearing in the process of industrialization in the late 1990 s. Circular economy is based on the theory of sustainable development, reducing the input, improving the availability and making the wasting recycle. Chinese agriculture is facing serious environmental pressure now, using the theory of circular economy to guide agriculture is waiting in no time. As a traditional agricultural area, Hebei Province has many problems, for example resource depletion, environmental degradation and ecosystem destruction, during the process of agricultural production and it is time to make some changes. The openness and complexity in agriculture determines that the development of circular agriculture is a comprehensive system, which need to learn from foreigners and clarify the interest relations among the central government, the local government, factories in village and farmers.Hebei Province has a large population and occupy an important position in agricultural area. How to push forward the development of circular agriculture in the process of integration of Jing-Jin-Ji region and making sure the safety of food is an important an real issue. Therefore, i named this paper "Research on the Comparison in the Mode of Circular Agriculture Development in Foreign Country and in Hebei Province ".This dissertation introduces the background, the meaning of this issue and makes a review of related researches at first. Then analyze the development of circular economy and introduce the mode in America, Germany and Japan and makes a comparison among the three mode. Then introduce the present station of Hebei circular agriculture and makes a comparison among the four to find similarity and difference. By finding the difference and analyze the reasons of difference, put forward some measures to make sure the development of circular economy in Hebei Province.
