International Engineering Project Management Research

Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy, the diversification of investment of large and complex project project is increasing, especially after our country joins WTO, the domestic construction market competition more and more intense, the process of world economic integration will force our engineering project management and international convention conform.But at present our country international project exists many problems, therefore, research on China’s construction project management mode based on the experience and shortage, to find a suitable for China’s national conditions of the engineering project management model has important theoretical and practical significance.The first pair of international engineering project management features and its basic theory are introduced briefly, and then on the international engineering project management system classification and system construction, process improvement are discussed in this paper, the international project management problems and solutions, as well as international project risk management and prevention are analyzed.Finally to JXJG international project as a case, the current situation and improvement measures were discussed, the international management experience were profiles.
