Medical Information Of Project Management Software Products

With marketing and technical updating rapidly, it becomes normally that many projects start at the same time. So multi-project management has been focus among researches on project management. A stand-alone project management can’t optimize the allocation of resources, a new project can’t get through the experience of other projects to avoid risks. A lot of resource will be wasted and duplicated work will be happened. It can not meet the improved competitiveness of enterprises. Now one mature model of classic multi-project management theory is the establishment of Project Management Office(PMO), which is focus on multi-project management. However, within the size and number of enterprise progr am and other factors limits, it’s very difficult for more small and medium enterprises to use PMO directly. So many companies still use single-project management method.Base on a lot of duplicated work and waste of resources from the project group of medical information software products, have been made some research for project group by the composition of similarity principle of group technology. Through learning of the existing PMO theory, develop new project group management process standardization and resource optimization in functions within the department to achieve the functions of the PMO. Project group management of process standardization replaced PMO daily management functions, and resource optimization is distributed to resources department.Combined with current company’s existing project management processes, we used above design in the management of medical information software products. Through the analysis of Work Breakdown Structure, we established the standardized process for medical information software products. For key resources in designing phase, we appointed Design department manager project group manager role, who will balance the optimal allocation of resources under the project priorities through communication with all of project managers in this project group.Finally, the paper made an assessment for the actual implementation of above solution. For a single-project management enterprise, they can use the solution of this paper for a small size project group to reduce waste of resources and avoid duplicated work, etc.
